J.G. Edelen’s Manufacturing Division was established in the 1940s and has remained committed to customer-focused service and precision craftsmanship for over 80 years.

Based in Baltimore, our state-of-the-art facility specializes in custom sheet metal fabrication, tube cutting, and tube fabrication. We serve a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in Custom Automotive, Data Centers, Commercial Construction, the Furniture Industry, and Military contracting. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies.

Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge metal fabrication technology, with most major equipment less than five years old. Recent investments include a Mazak 3K tube laser with a 24' loader and a 13' Amada 2204 press brake with automatic tool changer (ATC), allowing us to deliver high-precision components efficiently and at scale.
Our experienced engineers and skilled craftsmen work collaboratively to bring complex designs to life. Production is tracked through our integrated ERP system to ensure accuracy, scheduling control, and full project visibility.

Quality is built into every stage of our process. We utilize a rigorous inspection protocol supported by advanced metrology equipment, including an InspecVision Planar 110.25 (50" x 33" x 14") system for first article and production inspection.

• Mazak FT150, 3K Tube Laser with 24' Bundle Loader (8,800 lbs capacity). Capabilities include bevel cutting, flow drilling and tapping.
