The Ecommerce Division of J.G. Edelen Company was established in 2003 with the launch of our first online store, www.coolknobsandpulls.com.
What began as a single website focused on decorative cabinet hardware quickly evolved into a growing digital platform designed to serve customers seeking both selection and value. As ecommerce continued to expand nationwide, we strategically invested in technology, product depth, and brand partnerships to strengthen our online presence and deliver a seamless purchasing experience.

Over the years, our division expanded to include a portfolio of specialized online stores—www.coolcasters.com, www.amerockforless.com, www.topknobsdecor.com, www.baltimorehardware.com, www.99centknobs.com, www.knobbrands.com, and www.knobdeals.com—each developed to serve distinct customer segments and product categories. Through these platforms, we proudly serve homeowners, design professionals, and the hospitality and construction industries. Our broad assortment includes leading decorative hardware brands and specialty products, allowing us to support projects ranging from single-room renovations to large-scale commercial developments.

Today, our Ecommerce Division also partners with major online marketplaces including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Rockler, further extending our national reach. All websites, marketplace operations, and our dedicated Customer Service team are managed from our headquarters in Martinsville, Virginia. Orders are fulfilled from our Martinsville warehouse, through Amazon fulfillment centers, and via trusted vendor drop-ship partners. This flexible fulfillment model allows us to maintain efficient shipping, strong inventory availability, and responsive service while continuing to adapt and grow in an evolving digital marketplace.
