Shipping and Returns


General Shipping Information

  • Most orders ship via UPS who will not deliver to a PO box. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs.
  • We cannot cancel or alter your order for made-to-order product once it has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and consider secure delivery options. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.


Expedited Shipping Services

  • Expedited services such as Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipping are available depending on product selection and shipment destination.
  • Next Day Air shipments will be delivered one day after they are processed by the carrier, while Second Day Air orders are delivered two days after a given carrier processes that shipment.
  • The cut-off time for expedited orders to ship on the same day is 2:00p Eastern. This is subject to change without notice.
  • To check the ready ship date for your order, please call our office.


International Shipments

  • We are not responsible for additional duties and/or charges collected by shipping carriers on behalf of your country.
  • Orders may be shipped via carriers other than UPS.
  • We may e-mail you with the actual freight charges for your approval prior to shipping an international order.


Returns

  • Returns are not offered on these products
